Rate Options

Regular Rate: 

A non-refundable deposit of $75 must accompany the registration form or be received within 2 weeks of registering on line. Full payment (minus the deposit amount you paid with your registration) is due on registration day.

Phoned or on-line registrations will be considered valid when we receive the $75 deposit or full payment.

Family Rate: 

The first two children from the same family are charged the full rate. Each additional child receives a $25 discount.

Instalments:

Unable to pay everything in one payment?  We will work with you to do an instalment plan.  Please call the camp to talk to Stephanie about your payment schedule (306-873-5537).

Refunds:

We will refund all but the non-refundable $75 deposit fee. We will refund payment if your camper is unable to attend their week of camp due to unexpected reasons. We will not issue a refund if your child is sent home because of home-sickness.

Cheques

Please make cheques payable to: Stoney Lake Bible Camp.

Payment by cheque must be paid in full at least two weeks before start of camp session.

Debit

On registration day, you can use your debit card to pay for any further payments when at camp.

Credit Card

We accept Visa or Mastercard.  Call the camp to pay for your registration fees (306.873.5537).

e-Transfer

You can pay for all or part of your fee by sending an e-transfer through your bank.  Use the email address slbcinv@gmail.com.

Payment Details

In the event of a cancellation, your full payment minus the $75 deposit will be refunded.

You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your registration form.

Camp fees may be legitimate childcare expenses, and may be deducted from your tax return. A receipt will be issued for your camp fees.

Campership

For parents/guardians that need financial assistance to send a camper to camp, there is help. Please fill out and submit the camp sponsorship form. In all cases we ask that applicants assume a minimum responsibility of $250.
