1. Application Form
Click here to download and print the Volunteer application. All volunteers must fill this application out even if they have volunteered in the past. This is required by One Hope Canada and the camp.
2. Criminal Record Check
Volunteers are required to submit a current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sectors Check every two years. If you submitted one in 2022, you will need to get a new one. Contact your local Police/RCMP detachment to request one. You will need a letter from Stoney to vouch for your CRC check. Please contact the camp office to get your personalized cover letter.

3. Statement of Affirmation
All volunteers and paid staff must sign and agree with this document to work at Stoney. Once you send in your application, you will be emailed the Statement of Affirmation to read and sign.

5. References
If this is your first time serving at Stoney as a volunteer, we require 2 references for our records. Please print the following form and have your references fill it out and mail it to the address listed above before the week that you will be serving at Stoney. If you have volunteered in the past, you can list the director as your reference.
